Place: Happo Information Center/Happo Bus Terminal

At the time of collection, please present a valid photo ID that can verify your age e.g. (driver's license, insurance card, residence card, passport) as well as the QR code that was sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase. The season pass must be collected in person by the owner of the pass.

②Season Pass Holders also receive 100 yen discount at Hakuba Happo Onsen (Hot Spring)

③As Hakuba Valley is part of the Epic Pass Program, you are also entitled to 50% off lift tickets for resorts operated by Vail Resorts, including Vail, Whistler Blackcomb, Perisher, Falls Creek and Mt. Hotham.

④ 1,000 yen worth of meal coupons for use at official restaurants!

⑤Get 10 accompanying guest discounts! Adult 1-day lift ticket 7,200 yen → 6,700 yen(Until 10th March)

Pass Purchase Important Information & Conditions

・This season 2023-2024 there is no sale of a weekday season pass or Early Bird senior season pass.

・There are two adult categories for Early Bird season passes and the age must be as of 1st October to 10th November 2023.
1. Adults A (age 40 ~)
2. Adults B (ages 18-39)
 

・Children's season passes are available for elementary school students, junior high school students and high school students (including 2024 graduates of high schools).

・There is no night skiing slope this season.

・To collect your season pass, please present the QR code sent to your email address. Please have it ready displayed on your smartphone or print it out to show the staff at Happo Information Center/Happo Bus Terminal.

・Season passes are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.

・Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) if you have any queries regarding the WEBSHOP and online pass or ticket purchases.
